A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CONDEMNATION OF THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT REGARDING THE OFFICIAL RULING FOR THE DECISION TO OVERTURN THE 1973 LANDMARK CASE OF ROE V. WADE, 410 U.S. 113 for the purpose of the Prince George’s County Council condemning the decision of the United States Supreme Courts draft ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113, effectively stripping women’s ability to obtain safe and legal abortions in the United States.
