AN ACT CONCERNING NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD for the purpose of amending the definition of public nuisance, the service of process of Nuisance Abatement Board notices and granting the Nuisance Abatement Board the expressed authority to close a property that has been found to be a nuisance to the community.
