AN ACT CONCERNING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT SPEED MONITORING SYSTEMS for the purpose of authorizing the County to utilize certain residential district speed monitoring systems pursuant to the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland; and generally relating to residential district speed monitoring systems.
