AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING VALIDITY PERIODS FOR DETAILED SITE PLANS AND SPECIFIC DESIGN PLANS for the purpose of temporarily extending the validity periods of all approved applications for Detailed Site Plans and Specific Design Plans that were in a valid status of January 1, 2020.
