AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION AND CIRCULATION-PRIVATE ROADS AND EASEMENTS for the purpose of permitting to authorize the Prince George’s Planning Board to approve preliminary plans of subdivision for development containing certain easements to serve a private school as a permitted use, subject to specified circumstances.
