AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY-OMNIBUS CORRECTIVE BILL for the purpose of reconciling certain terms, procedures, and other language of the new Zoning Ordinance, being Chapter 27, 2018 Laws of Prince George's County, and adopted as CB-13-2018 Attachment A on October 23, 2018; revising certain procedures and regulations; and adding clarification language to effectuate successful implementation and met the County’s goals for a new, modern, streamlined Zoning Ordinance.
