AN ACT CONCERNING PARKING for the purpose of providing for the designation of parking permit areas; restricting eligibility for certain residential parking permits; providing for a certain pilot program; requiring a certain study; providing for the number of residential parking permits; providing for the number of residential guest parking permits; providing for a certain petition to change the standard number of residential parking permits; providing for residential parking permit fees for every two years in Residential County Parking Permit Areas and Residential Parking Permit Areas designated by petition; providing for certain exceptions; providing for the use of the parking permit fees; providing the definition and applicability of certain commercial vehicles; providing for the parking of certain commercial vehicles on properties owned by public and private entities to be utilized as potential parking vendors under certain conditions; providing for a certain appropriation; providing for a certain report; providing for certain parking of commercial vehicles and generally relating to residential and commercial parking.
