AN ACT CONCERNING SOLID WASTE STREAM ANALYSIS for the purposes of amending provisions of the County Code relating to required ‘waste stream analysis’; amending the frequency from once every two (2) years to once every three (3) years; providing for a certain requirement; and coinciding with timing of the Ten-Year Solid Waste Plan.
