AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DIGITAL BILLBOARDS for the purpose of amending the requirements of a Digital Billboard to include notice requirements for adjoining properties, municipalities, and all associations registered with the commission for the area which includes the property, and extending the deadline for the certification of outdoor advertising signs.
