AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF SECTION 901A, CHARTER OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY for the purpose of proposing a new section 901A of the Charter of Prince George's County to require the County Executive to provide mandatory biennial data collection and reporting of the County workforce to the EEOC; providing for the collection and reporting of County work force data by race, ethnicity, sex, job category, and salary band; requiring the County Executive to submit the County workforce data report to the Council and the State Legislative Delegations to the extent permitted under Federal law; and generally regarding data collection and reporting.
