5. 5 Agency Briefing – Capital Budget – Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025 - Budget Versus Actuals For the purpose of calling on representatives from the City’s Department of Planning - Capital Budget, as well as other relevant agencies to provide a briefing to the City Council on the Fiscal Year 2024 and Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Budgets and priority projects. Emphasis should be placed on the larger capital project requests of City agencies including the Department of Transportation, Housing, General Services, Information Technology, Recreation and Parks, and Public Works. A comparative report of the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Budget, and actual FY 2024 capital spending against the approved FY 2024 budget should be provided. LO25-0008
