Legislative Oversight - Supporting Returning Citizens For the purpose of inviting representatives from the Mayor's Office of Employment Development, Mayor's office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, Baltimore Police Department, Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, Maryland, and Maryland Probation and Pretrial Services Office to discuss the way in which the City of Baltimore can support returning citizens, and prevent recidivism, and assess the effectiveness of the wraparound services the City provides to community members who have been previously incarcerated.
