Quarterly Legislative Oversight Hearing - Baltimore City Police Department The Public Safety Committee will conduct its quarterly legislative oversight hearing on the Baltimore City Police Department's plans to combat violence in the City of Baltimore; and calling on the Commissioner to provide the City Council with a year-end review of crime, the department's response and goals set to improve the safety of our citizens.
