Informational Hearing - Baltimore City Disaster Preparedness For the purpose of inviting representatives from the Office of Emergency Management, the Baltimore City Fire Department, the Baltimore Police Department, the Department of Transportation, Baltimore City Information Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to brief the City Council on the City’s level of preparedness for a disaster, including relevant plans and procedures for natural or biological disasters, acts of terrorism, and major cybersecurity threats.
