Study and Report - Analyzing Disparities Between Minority Women-Owned and Non-Minority Women-Owned Businesses For the purpose of requiring the Director of Finance, the City Administrator, the City Solicitor, the Director of the Minority and Women’s Business Opportunity Office, and the Director of the Office of Equity and Civil Rights to submit a report that details any disparities that exist between minority women-owned businesses and non-minority women-owned businesses operating in Baltimore City; and providing for a special effective date.
