Sale of Properties - 500 North Pulaski Street and 502 North Pulaski Street For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties that are located at 500 North Pulaski Street (Block 0117, Lot 001) and 502 North Pulaski Street (Block 0117, Lot 002) and are no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
