Charter Amendment - Inspector General - Advisory Board For the purpose of altering the method by which individuals are selected to be members of the advisory board that appoints the Inspector General; requiring a member of the City Council to consider certain factors when nominating a candidate for the advisory board; setting term limits and staggering certain terms; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the City for adoption or rejection.
