Informational Hearing - Streamlining the Procurement Process For the purpose of requesting representatives from the Bureau of Procurement, the Office of the Baltimore City Administrator, the Department of Finance, Baltimore City Information and Technology, and the Office of the Comptroller to come before the Baltimore City Council to provide a comprehensive briefing on the procurement process and any current efforts to improve the process, and to suggest potential innovations and improvements that could be made to Baltimore City’s procurement system.
