Investigational Hearing - Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant For the purpose of inviting the City Solicitor and representatives from the Department of Public Works, the Baltimore City Health Department, the Environmental Control Board, the Maryland Department of the Environment, the Maryland Department of Health, including the Environmental Health Bureau, the Maryland Environmental Service, and other relevant stakeholders to brief the City Council regarding recent events at the Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant as well as ongoing mitigation efforts.
