Study and Report - Integrated Services Model For the purpose of requiring that the Mayor’s Office of Children and Family Success, in consultation with partner agencies and organization, submit a report to the Mayor and City Council regarding the adjustment of the service delivery system so that when families enter 1 part of the system, they can access all parts of the system, including older adults services and the Homeowner’s Tax Credit; and providing for a special effective date.
