Health Emergencies - Data Reporting For the purpose of requiring the Health Commissioner, during the pendency of a declared health emergency, to publish certain aggregate data on the City’s website regarding Baltimore City residents diagnosed with an infectious disease and those City residents who have died from that infectious disease; requiring that the published data be disaggregated by race, gender, age, and zip code; and providing for a special effective date.
