Informational Hearing -- Sanitization of Buildings under the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program and HUD Regulatory Authority For the purpose of inviting the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and firms that co-own affordable housing with the Authority, under the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program, as well as the managers of multi-family housing units regulated by HUD, to report to the City Council regarding how common areas of the buildings in these programs are sanitized during the COVID-19 pandemic.
