Urban Renewal - Poppleton - Amendment __ For the purpose of amending the Urban Renewal Plan for Poppleton to modify the boundaries of the Renewal Plan to remove certain properties, to revise certain exhibits to the Plan to reflect the change in the boundaries and to delete a certain exhibit, and to conform, clarify, or correct certain references in the Plan; waiving certain content and procedural requirements; making the provisions of this Ordinance severable; providing for the application of this Ordinance in conjunction with certain other ordinances; and providing for a special effective date.
