Commercial Parking Facilities - Revisions For the purpose of making certain revisions to the City’s ordinances regarding parking facilities; clarifying the application of the subtitle as it relates to commercial parking facilities; requiring that commercial parking facilities provide customers with proof-of-payment; prohibiting certain commercial parking facilities from removing motor vehicles without the owner’s consent; increasing certain fines; conforming and clarifying related provisions; and generally related to the regulation of commercial parking facilities.
