Investigatory Hearing - Agency Permitting Processes For the purpose of inviting the heads of the Department of Finance, Department of Public Works, Department of Transportation, Health Department, the Department of Housing and Community Development, Mayor’s Office of Information Technology, and representatives of the Baltimore Police Department and the Baltimore City Fire Department to provide information about their agencies’ permitting and licensing processes.
