Temporary Relief for Federal Furloughed Employees For the purpose of calling on all Baltimore City landlords and utility companies to extend a grace period for the duration of the federal government shutdown to all furloughed federal employees and contractors and forbear any adverse action against them until the shutdown’s conclusion.
