Electronic Smoking Devices For the purpose of broadening the definition of smoking devices to encompass all electronic smoking devices; regulating flavored e-liquids; creating specific sanitation standards for the manufacture and sale of e-liquids; defining certain terms; imposing certain penalties; and providing for special effective dates.
