Sale of Property - Former Bed of a Portion of a 10-Foot Alley Lying Between North Milton Avenue and Rose Street For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of a 10-foot alley lying between North Milton Avenue and Rose Street, extending from North Milton Avenue easterly 107.2 feet, more or less, to the west outline of the property known as 2439 North Avenue and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
