Sale of Property - Former Bed of a Portion of a 12-Foot Alley For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of a portion of a 12-foot alley, extending from another 12-foot alley Northeasterly 52 feet, more or less, to the southernmost extremity of Block 3563A, Lot 42B and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
