Street Encroachment - 101 North Schroeder Street FOR the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the construction and maintenance of a portion of a building projecting into the public right-of-way on the east side of North Schroeder Street, the south side of West Lexington Street, the west side of North Amity Street, and the north side of West Fayette Street of the property known as 101 North Schroeder Street; and providing for a special effective date.
