Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation - Mayor's Office of Human Services - $1,165,000 FOR the purpose of providing a Supplementary General Fund Operating Appropriation in the amount of $1,165,000 to the Mayor's Office of Human Services - Service 895 (Temporary Housing for the Homeless), to provide funding to maintain the Baltimore Station overflow shelter for 125 men and to establish a low barrier shelter where individuals can receive services while being with their partners and pets and while working on their health challenges; and providing for a special effective date.
