Sale of Property - Former Bed of Wills Street FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in a certain parcel of land known as the former bed of Wills Street, extending from Philpot Street southerly 477.0 feet, more or less, to the end thereof (Ward 03, Section 07, Block 1815) and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
