Special Fund for Preserving the City’s Natural Environment - Establishment FOR the purpose of establishing a continuing and nonlapsing special fund to be known as the Special Fund for Preserving the City’s Natural Environment; specifying the purposes, sources of revenue, and uses of this Special Fund; and generally relating to the establishment and operation of a special fund to promote the cleaning and preserving of the City’s natural environment, including the establishment, maintenance, and restoration of parks and other open spaces, streams, and the harbor.
