Floodplain Management Code - Cross-References and Corrections FOR the purpose of conforming certain provisions of the Baltimore City Floodplain Management Code, as amended by Ordinance 14-___ (Bill 14-0303) {"Floodplain Management Code - Revision"}; correcting certain errors and omissions relating to floodplain management and the design and construction of structures within the Floodplain District; clarifying the application of certain provisions; deleting certain redundant, obsolete, and otherwise superfluous provisions; correcting and conforming certain obsolete nomenclature; providing for a special effective date; and generally relating to the Baltimore City Floodplain Management Code and references and corrections to it.
