Youth Civic Engagement Month FOR the purpose of recognizing the month of April, 2014, as Youth Civic Engagement Month in Baltimore, and calling on youth and civic leaders throughout the city to take this opportunity to examine how young people can be brought deeper into government planning, decision making, and problem solving.
