Informational Hearing - Review of FY 2014 Children’s Budget FOR the purpose of calling on representatives from the Mayor’s Youth Cabinet and the Bureau of the Budget Management and Research to appear before the City Council to discuss the current FY 2014 Children’s Budget and the proposed FY 2015 Children’s Budget to assess the impact that any proposed reductions and/or elimination of current levels of funding would have on providing high quality programs, services, and opportunities to the children and families of Baltimore City.
