Earth Hour - March 23, 2013 FOR the purpose of inviting all Baltimoreans to join with City government and millions of individuals and institutions worldwide in observing Earth Hour by turning off non-essential lighting from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on Saturday, March 23, 2013, and urging all of us to use Earth Hour as an opportunity to commit to take action for the planet beyond the hour.
