- 12 Health and Safety - City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act - For the purpose of prohibiting the retail distribution of plastic bags in the City, with some exceptions; defining certain terms; establishing the duties of certain retail establishments; providing for the enforcement of the prohibition on plastic bags; allowing retail establishments to distribute paper and reusable bags at no cost during certain times of the year; requiring public notice of the requirements; and generally relating to public safety.
- 13 Health and Safety - City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act - For the purpose of establishing fines required by the adoption of Ordinance 6-24, Health and Safety - City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act.
- 14 Collective Bargaining Agreements - International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 1926, AFSCME 3162, and AFSCME 3406 - For the purpose of submitting a written memorandum of Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Annapolis and IAFF Local 1926, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Locals 3162 and 3406 for the Fiscal Years 2025 through 2026 to the City Council for its ratification or rejection.
