12. 11 $3,000 Grant: Recreation & Parks USTA/Mid-Atlantic Foundation - This supplemental allocation appropriates $3,000 from the United States Tennis Association/Mid-Atlantic Foundation for new and expanded community and adaptive/wheelchair tennis programs.
