9. 9 Fire - Grant - This supplemental appropriation adds an additional $21,378.50 to the FY26 Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MEMSS) grant for defibrillators. Allowing the Fire Department to purchase another LP35 unit and continue the replacement of obsolete units. 12. 12 Fees Related to O-11-26, Allowing Long-Term Room Rentals in Private Homes For the purpose of updating the Fees to add a rooming house operating license fee and to amend existing rental license fee descriptions in connection with Ordinance 11-26, which establishes a regulatory framework permitting rooming houses (boarding houses) as long-term rentals in private residences and provides for licensing, operational standards, and zoning approval.
