  30. 25 Fire - Grant - This supplemental appropriation adds an additional $21,378.50 to the FY26 Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MEMSS) grant for defibrillators. Allowing the Fire Department to purchase another LP35 unit and continue the replacement of obsolete units.
