- 8 Grant - City Manager - This supplemental allocation appropriates $300,000 and $108,500 in grant funding from the State of Maryland Energy Administration in FY2027. These grants are part of the FY26 Local Government Modernization Program (L-GEM). $300,000 is to be used towards the City of Annapolis LED conversion of 628 outdoor lighting infrastructure fixtures. $108,500 is to be used towards the City of Annapolis Outdoor Lighting Energy Efficiency Audit across the city’s outdoor lighting portfolio and BEPS Action Plan for Pip Moyer Reaction Center. There is no match required for this grant.
- 9 Grant - APD - This supplemental appropriation adds an additional $500 to the Anne Arundel County Alcohol Compliance Grant, the difference between the amount budgeted of $5,500. The additional amount was not included in the FY2027 budget and there is not match required.

- 11 Parking - Transportation - This supplemental allocation appropriates an additional $573,400 for the following: $492,300 in additional cost for the SP+ garage contract, $5,600 for additional interest on parking bonds, $500 for bond issuance fees, $46,000 for transfer to transit to cover expenses over revenue for the year and $29,000 to cover the increase in transportation vehicle (operations) fuel.
