2. 1 The meeting took place virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:01 PM by Vice Chair Mbah and adjourned at 6:08 PM on a roll call vote of 2 in favor (Councilors Ewen-Campen and Mbah), none against and 1 absent (Councilor Burnley). Chair Mbah reported that Councilor Burnley was unable to attend this meeting due to a prior commitment. Others present: Michael Potere – Licensing Operations Manager, Peter Forcellese – Legislative Clerk.
