2. 1 The meeting took place virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:00PM by Chair Wilson and adjourned at 7:50 PM on a roll call vote of 10 in favor (Councilors McLaughlin, Davis, Mbah, Strezo, Pineda Neufeld, Ewen-Campen, Clingan, Burnley, Scott and Wilson), none against and 1 absent (Councilor Sait). Others present: Kimberly Wells – City Clerk, Michael Mastrobuoni – Budget Director, CFO, Kimberly Hutter – Legislative Liaison, Madelyn Letellier – Legislative Services Manager, Peter Forcellese – Legislative Clerk. The committee recessed at 6:42 PM and reconvened at 6:48 PM .
3. 2 Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, this meeting of a City Council Committee will be conducted via remote participation.
