2. 1 This meeting was held via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Wilson at 6:06pm and adjourned at 8:36pm with a roll call vote of 9 in favor (Councilors Wilson, McLaughlin, Davis, Ewen-Campen, Scott, Mbah, Burnley Jr., Clingan, Strezo, Pineda-Neufeld), none opposed, and Councilor Sait absent.
