2. 1 The meeting took place remotely via Zoom and was called to order at 6:31 PM by Chair McLaughlin and adjourned at 11:18 PM on a roll call vote of 4 in favor (Councilors Wilson, Pineda Neufeld, Ewen-Campen, and McLaughlin) none opposed and one absent (Councilor Davis).
