  3. 3 The meeting took place remotely via Zoom and was called to order at 6:01 PM by Chair Davis and adjourned at 8:02 PM on a roll call vote of 5 in favor (Councilors Strezo, Mbah, Ewen-Campen, Scott and Davis), none against and none absent.
