The City Council entered recess at 7:12 PM on a roll call vote of 9 in favor (Mbah, Wilson, Ewen-Campen, Scott, Burnley, Sait, Strezo, Davis, Pineda Neufeld), 0 opposed, 2 absent (McLaughlin, Clingan) and returned at 7:14 PM. The City Council entered recess on a roll call vote of 9 in favor (Mbah, Wilson, Ewen-Campen, Scott, Burnley, Sait, Strezo, Davis, Pineda Neufeld), 0 opposed, 2 absent (McLaughlin, Clingan) at 8:24 PM and returned at 8:25 PM.
