2. 1 This meeting was held via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Ewen-Campen at 6:02 pm and adjourned at 7:55 pm on a roll call vote of 4 in favor (Councilors Pineda Neufeld, Clingan, Strezo, and Ewen-Campen), 0 opposed, and 1 absent(Councilor McLaughlin). Councilor Strezo joined the meeting at 6:03 pm.
