- 4 This meeting was held in the Subcommittee Room and via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Strezo at 6:34 pm and adjourned at 8:12 pm on a roll call vote of 2 in favor (Councilors Sait and Strezo), 0 opposed, and 1 absent (Councilor Mbah). Others present: Erica Satin-Hernandez - ARPA Director, Jenny Hsi – ARPA Program Manager, Kimberley Hutter - Legislative Liaison, Susan Yerkes - Parks and Recreation Director and Delaney Fisher-Cassiol - Clerk of Committees.
